"Once again we feel the hotel rating is not accurate! A more appropriate rating would be 2 stars in my opinion. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, the suite was huge but quite dated, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The beach access was not easily accessible and the beach was quite rocky due to hurricane damage. Not very walkable to Bucerias due to the distance and the rocky beach. I think that the price was high considering the inferior location and outdated condition...

"The property grounds and restaurant were very nice as well as all the employees working there , the room on the other hand had a terrible smell when we turn the ac , sofa beds were very hard complete different room from what we sold us very unfair and disappointment."

"The property has new owner, new name and is having an overhaul. I am only the third guest. They are still working on ten units. There are two small pools and the property has lots of interesting statues, murals in cantera stone. I rented unit 2 on the second floor with a shared balcony complete with barbecue grill, table and chairs with umbrella overlooking the pools on one side and the street on the other side. Half a block from the beach. Interior of the suite is like a one bedroom apartment....
