The hotel is sparkling clean, spacious, and charming, and the view of Lake Geneva from the balcony rooms have to be among the best in Lausanne. We felt pampered in luxury. Dinner at the Mirabeau’s restaurant was delicious. The green salad was a hefty serving of greens with a scrumptious dressing made by the chef. The tender roast chicken was cooked in a flavorful pistachio sauce that elevated the dish and was so good. The service was impeccable. It seemed every detail from the ambience to the attentiveness of the staff was thought about. The Mirabeau is a hotel I hope to return to again because our stay was truly memorable in all the best ways. "

"My husband and I just recently traveled from the US to Switzerland for a business trip/vacation. This hotel met every single one of my expectations and more. They offer countless amenities, the view is incredible, it’s only a five-minute walk to the Metro station, and the customer service is phenomenal. One personal detail is that I asked for an extra mug and spoon on one of the days of our stay (which they brought to my room immediately). Housekeeping must have noticed that I had an extra and they made sure that I had three mugs and spoons instead of two after they tidied up the room. It’s small things like this that keep me coming back because it shows that people care. Please stay here when you visit Lausanne. You won’t regret it. We didn’t want to leave!!! "
