"Great hosts and were very friendly"

"The overall cabin was super cute and very clean. We did have a problem with bees in the house. My husband was assuming they were probably coming in through the barn door. The only thing I was just a little disappointed about was that we were actually in a neighborhood. I thought it was going to be a little bit more secluded. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this VRBO to someone."

"Perfect for a getaway from the city!"

"This cabin was perfect for an extended family vacation. The location is remote enough to enjoy some quiet time and enjoy the surroundings, but close enough to venture out for hiking, fishing, and beer/wine tasting. The bedrooms are well situated so we weren't on top of each other. The covered porch and rocking chairs were the best part of the house! "

"All of the glowing reviews you see here are telling the truth--Berry Hill Lake is an absolute dream come true. I fell in love when I saw the photos in the listing, but in person, it's all infinitely more beautiful. The home itself is stunning and far more spacious than I imagined. And the land is so well tended and cared for, a sense of peace just exudes from it and permeates every moment at Berry Hill Lake. "I, my wife, and 2 grandchildren had an absolutely grand time at the farmhouse. Older home that has been renovated to today's needs and wants was situated on a higher point offering great viewes day and night of the Blue Ridge mountains (could see muliple ridges). Pool was both relaxing and had plenty of floats, football and other items to keep us entertain. Speaking of entertainment the arcade in a rustic barn setting was so cool.
