Everything was very clean and well appointed. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay there,"

"The apartment was spacious, super clean, and the host was nice and responsive. However, the kitchen is not super well equipped (for example there is only one mug, only one knife, no cutting boards, only one small pot and one small pan, etc.) and there are a list of rules that are not advertised when booking such as no alcohol, quiet hours, no eating in bed, taking shoes off at entrance etc. The check in process was ok except we did not get check in info until after 3 which caused some confusion....

The location was also excellent, just a short drive (or walk!) from downtown Charlottesville and walking distance to nearby parks and hiking trails. Reggie was so responsive - when we messaged requesting some extra sheets he rushed right over to bring us the supplies we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone!"

"The location was very good. Wedding we attended was downtown and it was a easy Uber ride. The owner was very helpful. He always answered our questions promptly. The only problem we had was with TV. Never could get it to work. Also there was too much food in the refrigerator. We could hardly get our stuff in. Overall it met our needs. Loved the front porch"

"We visited this property for a friend getaway and had a great time. Everything was clean. The house was excellent for five 40+ year old guys to hang out, hike, and enjoy good food and breweries. It is in a great location, and the view from the back porch was fantastic on autumn mornings with a cup of coffee. We loved the third floor hang out room. "
