Molinot - Country house with pool in Búger, Mallorca

Peace and tranquillity is what is breathed in this relaxing enclave of the island. Beautiful stone house, recently restored, all on one floor, except for the stairs in its old mill.

Located in the countryside, on a dead-end street, only surrounded by nature. Búger, the town to which it belongs, is just a couple of kilometres away.

The garden and outdoor area is natural, quiet and relaxed, it has a large kidney-shaped pool, surrounded by grass. Everything necessary to fully enjoy the Mallorcan day and night. The house is near a wooded area, for this reason, fire cannot be made. The house has an electric barbecue.



The house, all on one floor, is bright and cool, partly thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings.

Life in the house is very comfortable, it consists of a kitchen integrated into the dining room, fully equipped, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, in the tower there is a single bed on the ground floor, and a bathroom on the first floor.

There are two air conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and the other in the dining room.



For those who like to know every corner of the destinations they travel to, due to its location it is ideal as a starting point, one could say that it is halfway between any point on the island.

Prefect place to relax

We enjoyed the house and it surroundings. We could walk into town and perfect location for cycling. Beaches and town not to far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Molinot - a great house in a great location. Maria was super helpful and made us feel like it was our own place for a couple of weeks. Will definitely be coming again.

Very nice house

Very nice house and nice location close to the village with a couple of bars and restaurants. Big supermarkets are 10 min by car, beach at 20 min by car and the area is generally quiet and peaceful. We recommend. To be noted that the AC is in one bedroom and the living room only.

Une villa très spacieuse, à l'architecture typique. Cadre agréable, au calme dans la campagne. Très belle piscine avec transats. Le village de Búger est joli, et de nombreux commerces à 3km. dû à son architecture, l'intérieur est un peu sombre et nous a semblé un peu humide, sûrement des atouts en plein été avec la chaleur.(Mais nous avons eu de grandes quantités de pluie pendant notre séjour, cela explique peut être). Enfin, parfait pour tout visiter car le logement est à distance raisonnable de tout!

Belle maison, typique et pleine de charme. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Majorque, idéalement située, nous avons pu nous rendre facilement aux endroits que nous souhaitions visiter. Une éponge pour la vaisselle, quelques sacs poubelles et quelques condiments supplémentaires n’auraient pas été de refus. Nous avons dû acheter plusieurs de ces petites choses, qui profiteront aux prochains vacanciers.

Ein wundervolles Haus für all diejenigen, die gern etwas Ruhe genießen möchten. Es ist etwas abgelegen, aber der Pool ist einfach wunderschön. Man sollte eventuell, als einzigen Kritikpunkt, erwähnen, dass sich neben einer Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, nur in EINEM Schlafzimmer eine weitere befindet. Alle anderen Schlafzimmer sind jedoch mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet.

Relaxed 10 days holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well quipped. The walk to the supermarket at the nearby village short and calm (shop is well stocked and has very friendly staff) and there is a nice pub restaurant at the church in Buger to spend an afternoon or two. Birds of prey visited each day. The pool was really big and the main centre of attention for our five year old. We did have more mosquitos than perhaps desirable at night times. It would be useful to have mosquito nets in each room 9the hooks are there - so maybe just let guests know and then they can bring their own net). We took the bites just so we could leave the windows open at night. :)

Schönes Objekt, aber Luft nach oben

Wir (75, 50, 45, 15) hatten die Finca für einen einwöchigen Familienurlaub gebucht. Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr schön und hat einen romantisch-rustikalen Touch. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, die Anlage gepflegt, viel Platz innen und außen. Stellplatz für Fahrzeuge, elektrisches Tor (welches einmal ausgefallen ist und für viel Unmut gesorgt hat). Gut nutzbarer Außengrill. Man kann den ehemaligen Mühlenturm besteigen und hat eine nette Aussicht. Die Agentur und die Vermieterin waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und eigentlich immer erreichbar. Leider gab es auch einige Schattenseiten. Es roch im ganzen Haus muffig, was sich erst nach ein paar Tagen gab. Die Schränke haben wir aus diesem Grund aber gar nicht nutzen können. Die Fenster hält man nachts auch lieber geschlossen, da die ortsansässige Hundemeute durch ständiges Gekläffe den Schlaf raubt. Gefühlt hörte es sich an wie ein Tierheim. Dann piepte auf dem Nachbrgrundstück eine Alarmanlage die ganze Nacht. Man sollte also Ohrstöpsel dabei haben oder einen tiefen Schlaf. Die Küchenausstattung ist okay, leider aber schon etwas abgerockt und es fehlen auch einfache Dinge wie simple Frühstücksmesser. Es gab nur Steakmesser. Keinerlei Haken oder Ablagen in den Bädern, kein Beinbruch aber nervig. Duschvorhänge sind irgendwie auch nicht so schön. W-LAN vorhanden, man sollte aber nicht zu viel erwarten und fürs Streaming reicht es definitiv nicht. Die Lage ist ansonsten für Ausflüge ganz günstig, da die Autobahn Palma-Alcudia schnell erreichbar ist. Vernünftige Restaurants haben wir in Buger und Campanet nicht gefunden, aber Alcudia ist nicht allzu weit.

Très bon séjour dans la maison.

Très bon séjour dans la maison. L'emplacement est très bien, pas énormément de voisins aux alentours, beaucoup de campagne donc très calme. Vous avez des supermarchés (Mercadona et Lidl) à proximité. La maison correspond bien aux description, faites juste attention aux insectes et surtout aux moustiques qui sont très présents. Notez que la cuisine est seulement équipée de condiments tel que le sel, et certaines épices. Sinon tout est équipé au niveau de la vaisselle, des plats, etc. La piscine était très bien. De plus, la propriétaire venait tous les jours pour la nettoyer. Les climatisations, le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver marchaient parfaitement. La communication était aussi très bien. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison et à Majorque :)

Außergewöhnliches Haus, grosser Pool

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus mit eigenem Aussichtsturm. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist auskömmlich ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist ziemlich ruhig, sodass wir morgens super ausschlafen konnten. Der Pool ist bei den Kindern aufgrund der Größe sehr gut angekommen und wäre bei besserem Wetter sicherlich auch noch mehr genutzt worden. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war sehr sympathisch, spontan und unkompliziert.

Endroit Idéal pour des vacances en famille au calme. Maison bien située pour circuler sur l’ile. Climatisation appréciable dans la pièce principale. Seul petit bémol :Au vue du prix de la nuitée un meilleur entretien de la piscine aurait été souhaitable ainsi qu’un complément de vaisselle(une plus grande cafetière et 5 bols auraient été les bienvenus). Nous avons malgré tout passé de bonnes vacances et nous conseillons cette location!

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Finca

Die Finca ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist toll, zwar geht er schnell ziemlich tief, ist aber trotzdem sehr schön. Eine klitzekleine Kleinigkeit haben wir zu bemängeln, die Ameisen, diese muss man in Schach halten und sich drauf einstellen. Allerdings ist dies bei der Lage der Finca mitten in der Natur auch zu verstehen. Gut, an die Mücken sollte man auch denken. Allerdings ist das Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.... Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und super erholt. Die Vermieterin und der Kontakt zur Agentur waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Finca ist absolut zu empfehlen. Der Turm und der Pool sind die totalen Highlights und das i-Tüpfelchen der Finca. Wir werden diese sicherlich wieder buchen.

What a Villa !

Superb villa. Maria the owner was lovely and very helpful, also loved Diva her dog ! The floor plan provided by the agent online was not accurate, both main bedrooms have their own doors (so better than the plan suggested). An information booklet on bars, supermarkets, best beaches, rubbish disposal would have been helpful and even possibly a small welcome pack for late arrivals. But overall great holiday.

Richtig tolle Finca

Die Finca ist wirklich super. Sie liegt unterhalb von Buger, ist relativ abseits gelegen, so dass man nicht gestört wird. Der grosse Pool ist für Groß und Klein ein Riesenspass, allerdings wird es schnell tief - entweder sind die Kids schon Schwimmer oder sie haben Unterstützung. Man kann herrlich draussen sitzen, wir haben den gemauerten Holzkohle-Grill einige male genutzt. Innen ist die Finca sehr großzügig vom Platz her angelegt, hat alles seinen eigenen Charme. Ein Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, in den anderen Räumen wird es - insbesondere zur Nacht hin - natürlich etwas wärmer. Geht aber auch alles ganz gut. Wir haben mit eingen Ameisen Bekanntschaft gemacht, also möglichst keine Essensreste stehen lassen. Ist aber auch kein Problem. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Finca. Die Besitzerin Maria war sehr freundlich, nach einer Woche wurden alle Handtücher gewechselt, die Betten frisch bezogen und der Pool gereinigt. Top Service! Bis zum nächsten mal. :)
