"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. "Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "Firstly the property itself is Lovely and the out door space is great you cant fault the views. the house has every thing practical you will need for your stay however it was missing just a few small things that would make it even better and give the stay more of wow factor and that is simply out door lights with such beautiful views for me it was missing evening lights it was very dark at night apart from a dim lit red and green light over the garden tub. it was missing Solar lights over the...

"The property was perfect for a couple breakaway. Village was extremely pretty with a fantastic pub two minutes walk away. The food was home cooked and plentiful (real ales and great wine list) ate there most nights. The cottage had everything you needed and the owner couldnt have been any nicer or more accommomodating. Little village shop which had most things and the villagers were lovely. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely property in close proximity to the beach at Challaborough Bay and a short walk to Bigbury. The property was as described and overlooks the Challaborough Bay holiday park. It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"Lovely clean property in a gorgeous location in Salcombe. All the staff were friendly and our room had a partial view of the estuary which was lovely. The parking is a bit off putting as it’s on a steep slope and limited but the staff do take care of that when you arrive and can park your car for you. I had to ask for our beds to be twinned on 3 different occasions. Not the end of the world we still had a lovely stay. Loved the spa facilities which were lovely and clean. The dinner in the Jetty was also lovely. Can’t fault the staff they were all polite and decent. I would recommend a stay here, it’s in a gorgeous part of the world, you can’t beat the Cornish coast!"
