Jane and I stayed at the beginning of June 25. We had a lovely stay. The staff were as friendly and efficient as ever. This is our second stay of the year. Breakfast was everything you could want. Beds were as comfortable as ever. The hotel was a superb base for visiting all of the surrounding areas and was a lovely place to spend an afternoon relaxing and planning our next adventure. We spent a long weekend at the Passage House Hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony on the top floor room, which is a must. The room and facilities were fantastic. Nowadays we all have so many items to "charge up" more sockets by the side of the bed would be helpful, only 2 sockets the other side of the room available easily, Change the colour of the blinds to white, they make the room look dull and dark. Install an EV charging point in your car park.

On arrival I was to be in the annexe on the 3rd floor. The annexe does not have a lift and my suitcase was very heavy.The duty manager kindly moved me into the main building. The room was great with a lovely view of the river. The hotel facilities were clean albeit a little dated. It seemed as though some of the staff were new and still in training as service was a little clunky in the restaurant. But as the manager demonstrated when I checked in, the service ethos is good. I would definitely stay here again.
