"This was a great hotel to stay at located on a quiet street with beautiful views of el cerro San Cristobal and the virgin at its peak, plus a nice view of the Sky Costanera (that is just a short walk away). The staff was courteous, professional and so very helpful. Felipe tried to help me with my SIM when I was having issues and was absolutely brilliant, well-intentioned and attentive. The team seems very happy to be working there and are always laughing, humming or singing along to the music. The food was really good, as well. A good breakfast - although, I would have liked more Chilean bread (una hallullita les mataria?!). And drinks on the rooftop bar on the roof were absolutely beautiful to watch the sunset. The metro station is a block away and super convenient to get to the main tourist attractions, and Bellavista is a little far but still within walking distance from the hotel. Very, very conveniently located. It was also very clean. My room was impeccable. The sheets were crisp, clean and of high quality. Great hotel. Great value for money. Quality stay. Comfortable and convenient. "

"Standard well run American chain hotel. The view from the restaurant and deck area is very beautiful. The resturant is fine and reasonably oriced. The breakfast is the best we have had on our trip so far.My only complaint relates to glassware in the room. The housekeeping did not take the used glasses and replace them with clean glasses until I called reception to ask. "
