One thing that is good to know in the current social climate in Santiago is that the hotel is in a safe area, though it is close to the epicenter of protests in Plaza Italia. "Strange ( or lack of) coffee for the kettle in our room. An improvement would be to add a couple of pouches of coffee every day to our kettle area… I was very impressed by the free coffee provided at the reception area very early in the morning for people leaving early or on early guided tours! Good reception staff"
