"This rooms are becoming a little dated and on our most recent stay the carpet in our room clearly needed re-doing and it could have been a little cleaner overall, but we continue to stay here because it's a fantastic location with the monorail right outside, shopping malls and eating within walking distance, and one of the best breakfasts buffets in the world."

"The staff at the hotel were always so polite and helpful. Our phones were not working and a person came up within minutes to see to it. Unfortunately it is maintenance that lets it down a little eg water in shower not draining, toilet flush somewhat temperamental, electric socket board in bedsifg=de table on right of bed not working."

"Hotel room and bathroom was clean. Bathroom is spacious, with many amenities, which is good. Lavatory space is also clean and ideal. Love the vintage retro British doors to the bathroom. Like the idea of a mirror in the closet. Best feature of the hotel room was the bed. Have been to many hotels and the bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in.
