I had called before placing my order on Expedia and was told to go ahead, place my order and then call back right away and they would book us away from the side of the hotel that faced the highway. But this did not happen and the first night was on the highway, but we moved and the second two nights were away from it. We appreciated that they were willing to move us for the last two nights, but now I know better, it is best to book directly with the hotel...

"Had to book this hotel because of a sports tournament in town.. The hotel clearly raised the rate to 179.00 a night. Severely over priced. The room was somewhat clean. The towels and wash cloths clearly need to be replaced and updated. I refused to use the wash cloths as they appeared to be dingy in color. Staff was friendly. Overall a 6/10 average stay."

"We visited in November and this home was perfect for our family of 10! Adorably decorated for Fall! Open floor plan in kitchen/dining room, hallway, and downstairs bath/bedrooms was very accessible for one family member in a wheelchair! "Cabin had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The cabin is definitely older construction, but it has been beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the small desk was super helpful for homework/work while visiting family. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer. The location gives the country feel - it took us about 30 minutes to travel to Fall Branch. Overall excellent experience!"
