"Lovely well kept hotel. Rooms are getting tired however the downstairs and communal areas are beautifully well kept. The cleaners do a fantastic job. The restaurant food was good although the chips were undercooked each time we had them. The breakfast was beautiful all three mornings - not one complaint! The reception staff were lovely, bright and friendly. The restaurant staff were friendly except one chap who seemed very stressed and short when we asked for a simple table of four. All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you for having us. "

"The hotel was easy to find, even in the dark when I arrived. The staff gave a good traditional Irish welcome, being very helpful. Everything about the hotel was clean and welcoming, very good selection for breakfast and evening meals. "

"We loved our stay at the historic Clone House! The room was beautiful and cozy. Felt welcomed by the staff and the breakfast was delicious. It ended up being a last minute booking as our previous booking canceled and this was our favorite stay in Ireland by far!"
