"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you...

"The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card . "

"There is major construction in front of the hotel so do request a room facing the back. They actually start being noisy around 7:30am! Otherwise great rooms and a fantastic gym and pool facility. "

"Really lovely hotel and staff. Overall a great place to stay, but the breakfast is a rip off. Save your money and go get something elsewhere. The food is good but overpriced for the selection. The rooms are smaller than usual hotels, however the shower is incredible so as long as you can handle a smaller space, this hotel is gem!!!"

"Absolutely loved Hotel Ruby Mimi Zurich. Just a couple minutes walk from the main train station. Staff was super helpful with any questions we had. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Loved the movie theater playing some loved films from the past. We would definitely stay here again."

"We did a self-planned Christmas Markets tour in 2024. Because we were travelling by train, our first criteria in finding a hotel was to be close to the train station so we would not need to drag our luggage a great distance. This location was perfect. Th hotel was great, staff was extremely attentive, breakfast was very good. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to downtown. This hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice from restaurant to front desk. The breakfast is well worth it and very nice. The heated bathroom floors were so appreciated after a cold day exploring."
