"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool. "

"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "

"We stayed with Peter and Debbie for 9 nights in August and cannot recommend them highly enough as kind, accommodating, helpful and generous hosts. They gave us lots of helpful advice, were very tolerant of our inquisitive kids - even taking them out for walks with their dog regularly and were always willing to lend us things to help make our stay and day trips out more comfortable. The house itself is also lovely. Some may find it a little small inside for five people, but the low ceilings only add to the character and there was still seating for five to eat inside and plenty of sleeping space! There is also tons of space outside with two seating areas and lots of room by the pool so it wasn’t a problem for us. The pool is beautiful too! The house is perfectly located for what we were looking for - a short drive from so many fantastic beaches, far enough from the really built up tourist areas of Sunny Beach and Nessebar but still in an area with plenty to do alongside a good mix of local day to day Bulgarian life. We still found a few nice tavernas inland that seemed to be more frequently used by locals with great Bulgarian food, but the beach bars also served great food and drink and mostly had a fab atmosphere. If you’re looking for a holiday close to the beach but away from the large scale tourism and internationa” tourists, with Debbie and Peter onsite to offer help and advice (but never intrude) then this is the place for you. Do not hesitate, book it! "

"Enjoyed my stay. Was able to walk to beach, restaurants and even walked to Old Nesebar. Not so close to the beach strip, which was nice as it was quiet and felt safe even late at night."

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!"
