"I took a 5 day trip to Toronto with my daughter, but we didnt want to stay directly in the city. We wanted to be somewhere quieter. I found this gem of a hotel and booked it, because of the location to the lake. We could literally step outside of the hotel and just a couple of feet we were on the pier! I honestly cant say enough about this location and hotel. Its perfect! The location is so peaceful and beautiful. We loved walking along the pier and sitting in the park. Lots of families walking around and also Geese! They dont bother anyone and are a welcome sight! I didnt eat at the attached restaurant at the hotel, but we did eat outside for breakfast every morning. Amazing view of the Lake from the patio. what a great way to start the day! Breakfast was included in the room, and it was great! No scrambled eggs, but there were boiled eggs, and sausages, home fries, quiche, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc. Very satisfying filling breakfast every day. For coffee addicts, there is always hot coffee available in the lobby. Morning until night! There is a coffee maker in the room, but I prefered to get the coffee downstairs and walk out to the pier or the boardwalk. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. THe hotel was very clean and comfortable. Loved the beds! Shower was great too. Location was perfect. Lots of buses nearby to take you wherever you want to go. Also there are several icecream shops directly across the street from the hotel! :)"
