Penguin by the sea accommodation - is a three bedroom home nestled in a
Cul-de-sac backing a parkland reserve with water views of Table Cape, will be the perfect holiday escape for the adventurous traveller at heart.

Our centrally located abode is fully fenced with a large backyard; a four minute drive to Upper Burnie shopping precinct (includes Woolworths) with popular restaurants, and a six minute drive to the Burnie CBD shopping centre and beaches.
Burnie airport (Wynyard) is a twenty minute scenic drive along pristine beaches before you arrive at your stay.

Video surveillance - Swann security system (hardwired) with 28 day recording. Please note that there are four external security cameras around the property (not inside the house), however we as your host do not have live view of the house. The security system is only for guest use.
No smoking or vaping inside the property
No parties, gatherings, events or ceremonies will be allowed without prior arrangement
There will be an additional service fee for pets.
There is also a children’s parkland playground from the back of the property and nearby walking paths.
