"Stayed at this 4*based on fabulous reviews. Enjoyed the 4 night stay a lot although a few things lacking. Upstairs bar not open. Jacuzzi seen in photos was extra cost. Food was good but more expensive than the other 4* we stayed during our 2 week trip. Bedding was fairly poor quality with lumpy pillows. Shower lovely and staff in restaurant friendly and helpful. "Everyone is friendly and courteous. The food in the restaurant and bar taste really good. Minor issue in the bathroom where shower door is not closing properly and faucet was loose. Overall I recommend the place since it’s pretty quiet and go for Massage to relax And followed by late dinner to listen to live music."

"Amazing service from the lovely staff at Bancuang Mansion. They were very accommodating and happy to help out with washing, airport transfer and even upgraded our room! Very clean and great facilities, just a short walk from the centre of Coron town. Would highly recommend "

"This property and staff were so great, their slogan is "experience private island living", and it is very true. We were prepared and had a wonderful time after reading previous reviews, we brought snacks and a water bottle and cash. Knowing it was very isolated, as such you are completely dependant on the resort for food, tours and transportation. There is no close towns and no nearby ATM. "Very very good value for money. Nice large room with an amazing view. Good air con. Front desk couldn’t do enough for you, cheap laundry, filtered water available for free. Compared to other places it’s amazing value. Only downside I would say is the bathroom is very dated and the entire floor gets wet when using the shower as the drain is not the best, but for the price you can’t complain. "
