"The staff was friendly and atttentive. Courtesy drivers were readily available to take you to different parts of the resort, which is spread out across the island. There is a coral reef right off the beach which was great for snorkeling (snorkel gear was included). Kayaks are also included. "The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is meticulously clean. It is very quiet, and everything is within walking distance. Airport transportation was smooth and arranged by the hotel staff. Port is 5 min walk away to hire a boat to go to magical islands within 20-30 minutes for snorkeling, swimming or seeing the rock formation and amazing nature. We would be repeating our visit here!"

"When we arrived at the property, they informed us they accidentally overbooked. So they transferred us to another hotel for the night. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it since I’m pretty sure it was an honest mistake. We went out early morning for a day tour and they told us they would transfer our luggages to our room at Westown. They did just that. Everything was great. No complaints from me. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I would def come back. "

"The room itself was good. We had a room overlooking the pool which had a large balcony. Reception staff were very helpful, however, the lunch and dinner staff hid away all the time and seemed to try and make it difficult for anyone to order anything. They used to have a pool bar, which is now closed and they used to have call buttons by the pool loungers, which have also been removed, so you have to go looking for staff to get food or drink.
