Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. "Dit ruime houten vakantiehuis ligt prachtig aan een smal doodlopend asfaltweggetje in het Boheems Paradijs. Het is erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, behalve wifi. Maar wij hadden goede 5G-verbinding ter plaatse. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Bohemen en Praag (op ruim 1 uur rijden). De omliggende natuur en kastelen en stadjes (o.a. Jicin) zijn prachtig. Wij maakten ook een mooie dagtocht naar Jelenia Gora net over de grens in Polen, leuk! Zeer geschikt voor een actieve...

"Nice place. Big house. Good and clean swimming pool where our daugherts had lots of fun. Beside they can use the trampoline and other play areas as much as they want. Bedding and enough towels are included. There is a washing machine in the house for private use, very pleasant. Contact with the owners was very good. A lots of activities to do in the region. We recommend this place to everybody. We had a great holiday in Turnov!"

"Waren mit Freunden, 5 Kindern und Hund da. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Betten sind bequem, Umgebung super. Spielplatz am Haus wurde gut genutzt, Feuerplatz war toll sogar mit Grillspießen und absolutes Higlight ist der Pool. Haus ist umzäunt, so dass Kinder und Hund ruhigen Gewissens auch raus konnten. Auch der Vermieter ist super sympathisch. Gern wieder. "

"Das liegt sehr ruhig in mitten einen kleinen Park zusammen mit anderen Ferienhäusern. Diese liegen aber alle in einem akzeptabelen Abstand zu einander. Ich möchte gleich auf den Punkt kommen und zwar müsste das Bad mit der Dusche wieder mal renoviert werden und eine neue komplette neue Einbauküche mit neuen Geräten ist auch wieder mal fällig. Auch die gestellte Bettwäsche war zwar gewaschen trotzdem hatten einige Decken noch Flecken. Der Rest ist soweit alles in Ordnung gewesen."

"Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying. "
