"We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in La Reserva de Marbella. The owner Geoff surpassed himself with his excellent communication. Every email was answered quickly. The information sheet provided covered everything from basic info on the apartment to restaurants and places of interest in the area. The apartment was clean and well equipped for cooking. We didn’t hire a car so could say that the area is very hilly and transportation would be recommended. All in all, an excellent stay! "

"This was such a perfect base for 13 of us… 6 adults, 4 teens and 3 children. Lots of lovely restaurants (& a gorgeous bakery) in the local area. Beautiful beach and the villa itself was just wonderful. Such a shame the jacuzzi in the main bathroom is out of action and the kids would have loved the water jets in the pool to have been working. But overall an excellent place that we would all highly recommend"

"My family of 7 rented this property from 20-29 July 2024. The property is in a lovely upscale neighborhood in a hilly area, which lends itself to some beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. We chose this property for the amenities, primarily the pool, the air conditioning, and the number of bedrooms to support our crew. Our two youngest boys (11 & 8) had to share a bedroom, which they don't at home, but were so tired at the end of each day from playing in the pool, that they didn't complain even once! The photos in the listing don't show the fourth bedroom, which is a twin bed but worked perfectly for us. The bathroom situation was also different than what we were used to - there was one full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a separate toilet closet (no sink), a sink and shower in the primary bedroom (with king sized bed), and a sink in two of the other bedrooms. The home is separated in two wings and is separated by a breezeway that leads out to the pool. The separate wings were great, as we could stay up late playing cards or visiting and the younger kids or others who wanted to sleep could do so without being bothered. The kitchen was smaller but had everything we needed, and we cooked several meals during our stay. We did encounter one issue with the water but the host responded quickly and it was resolved within a day. We were sad to leave the property when our stay was over as we made lots of great memories and the home was the perfect backdrop. "

"The apartment and surroundings did not disappoint. Communications with the owners was first class throughout our holiday. We did not have a car, but the nearest supermarket was a 6 minute walk, with the nearest beautiful Sandy beach, beside the superb Simbad restaurant just 15 minutes walk. An awning over the lovely outdoor terrace would be a valuable addition to the apartment."
