"The initial receptionist was ‘cool’ towards us on arrival. Other staff members were great, and on leaving the female receptionist was so helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. Our bathroom still had previous occupants hairs in the shower, and there were clearly sewerage issues. The room itself was light, airy, and simple, buy comfortable. Had it not been for the initial check in, and the hairs in the bathroom, a definite 5 stars. It’s still great value, and don’t let a cold...

More fresh fruit and gluten free options at breakfast, packaged individual yogurt vs the community bowls would have been more sanitary and an improvement. "Overall terrible experience. The bed for uncomfortable the room was hot and outdated and the towels were like cardboard. We asked to be reimbursed for the night we weren’t going to use because it was that bad and we found another hotel. Of course, they said that they cannot refund us the money, but they were quick to charge us the entire day upon check-in. Stay away from this place. "

"The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this....
