"The property was even better than expected, very spacious and well appointed kitchen, and the views spectacular! The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. The heated pool was brilliant and compensated for the cooler misty air - this improved by mid afternoon and we enjoyed a couple of splendid sunsets. "

Every little thing was extra (like towel rentals, no class yoga only private lessons) which wasnt a big deal but still different from what we are used to. "Walked up from the train station. Beautiful location. Initially confused as to where lobby/ check-in is located because of so many Pousada Vila Obidos signs, but once we located the proper entrance, our experience could not have been better. Pedro is an excellent employee, giving us suggestions, answering questions, seeing us walking along the street and ensuring we were doing well later in the day. Walking along the top of the wall is so fun and you must try a ginja!"
