Two full refrigerators and one beverage refrigerator. Pool table and shuffle board. Private boat dock with sun tan area. Large fire pit and sitting area for family photographs. Great area of lake for skiing, tubing and fishing. Well stocked kitchen with stunning views from wall of windows. 6 bedrooms - 1 king , 3 queen, 1 two double beds, and 1 bunk room. New grill and outdoor furnishings. Ample parking with sidewalk to boat dock. Two living areas. LCD TV's in all bedrooms and living areas. Great Lake House, Great View, Lots of Space
Property seemed recently renovated and very clean. Jeremy was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to emails. The place was perfect for our large family. The only drawback was the pool sticks didn’t have any tips. All in all we had a great time!

Wonderful Experience!
A death in the family changed our week Long Beach vacation to a shorter close proximity vacation. We could not have asked for a better experience. The house was amazing, the host accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this fantastic lake house. We discussed a return trip in our way home! The house was just as advertised. plenty of space for separation when needed but when we wanted to be together we could without feeling cramped. The property owner answered our questions right away which I greatly appreciated. My only recomendation to this property would be to to leave a operation manual for the t.v. There were alot of remotes and took us a bit to figure out what did what. Our stay was very relaxing and filled with great memories

We can’t say enough about this house! The location is perfect, with beautiful views of the lake. We had more than enough space for our group and the house was very clean. Beds and other sitting furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had no issues cooking all weekend. Thank you!

Perfect Cove on Lake Barkley
Beautiful home with everything you need on Lake Barkley tucked away in a quite cove. Great area to ski, tube or just float and enjoy. Boat ramp is only a 5 min, and Cadiz is a quick 13 min drive should you need anything. Stayed here w three families, 6 adults and 8 children (11-18), plenty to do to keep everyone occupied. Jeremy is great to work with and responds quickly to questions if needed. Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful house, great host, exactly what we wanted and would go back again in a heart beat. Only complaint was dusting on light fixtures and tables and the amount of bugs in the inlet upon arrival. It was possible that it was cleaned and not stayed in for a while, just had to clean off some things ourselfs. Beautiful home!

Everyone agrees
Every single person in our group mentioned wanting to come back and how perfect the house is. The property is beautiful—so many places for hanging out or getting away from the rest of the crew! Bedrooms and baths were large and so nice. We fished, grilled, cooked s’mores over a fire, played cards on one of two outside spaces. It was an amazing weekend wit three families—the kids had a ball! No complaints — we will be back!

The property was beautiful! It was a sabbatical for my family. I would like to share a couple things for future guests. Don’t be afraid of the magnificent byozoan at the dock. It looks scary but very harmless. We researched it and had a science class with my grandchildren. It was a beautiful thing. Also there’s a switch by fireplace that turns on deck lights. Beautiful time and experience with my family!

It’s a great secluded spot where our kids and grandkids gathered and swam off of the dock. Plenty of things to do for everyone. The grandkids favorite part was renting a pontoon and tubing. Most of them had never done it before. The only down side was I felt the front porch and sliding door tracking should have been swept and clean before our arrival. The livingroom with big windows does get warm during the day and you can’t turn the thermostat below 70. We will be back for sure! It’s a great getaway!

5 Star property
Our stay at this home was fantastic! The property is exactly as described but the beauty of it is not evident until you open the door. The space is breathtaking and the attention to detail is evident in all the small things. The furniture was comfortable and we were able to sit 10 around the table for dinners. We enjoyed the game tables and the table games for kids. The fire pit was a hit in the evening for some tasty s'mores. While the walk to the doc was a bit steep, the curved path let us older folk stop and rest along the way. We were fortunate to rent the pontoon boat and enjoyed fishing, tubing, and swimming all week long. This was a perfect vacation for our family and all of us are eager to return.

Brothers Getaway
This house was just what we were looking for. Great sleeping arrangements that allowed for privacy while providing enough bathrooms for everybody. The only discrepancy I saw in the description had to do with the "new" grill. Jeremy was very responsive to any questions we had. Even the questions that were already answered in the instructions we received before arrival. Sorry about that Jeremy. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! The area is filled with very friendly people and we enjoyed golfing at the Boots Randolph course.
