"Great communication throughout. Immaculate property. Bedrooms lovely all with own bathroom. Plenty of xommunal areas. Dining room perfect for our buffet, the oldies loved chilling in the large comfortable living area. The pool table was agreat hig, and tbe large well equipped kitchen becane our bar area. Wonderful stay, we will be back!"

"Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was amazing! All the rooms were lovely decorated and so clean. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!"

"We have spent a lovely few days in Lincoln to visit the main attractions in the City. The house is in a perfect location for the old part of the City and everything was easily walkable. The car park opposite is also very handy. The house itself is comfortable with everything you need for a few days stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and modern although bedrooms are fairly basic and would benefit from more pillows on the beds as only 1 per person. The house has a lovely atmosphere...

"The Barn was superb, the only thing that let it down was the pub opposite wasn’t open until the Wednesday of our stay and didn’t serve food until the Friday and that was the day of our homecoming."
