"We know wonderful Haut de Cagnes well and, as an older person with a husband who cannot walk too far, Ip had a few important criteria for our stay. The house had to have a balcony with a view of the Med, not too many stairs, a walk in shower and, most importantly, had to be close to a navette stop for getting up and down the hill. It fulfilled all those conditions and as a bonus the manager of the property, the lovely Anna, was so helpful and even went as far as driving us to Antibes train...

"Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, it was lovely an convient , right by the beach, staff we ever so friendly, the room was comfortably and clean, it done us for 3 nights, plenty of restaurants and shops close by, will definitely stay there again."

"Excellent property. Well equipped , clean, comfortable. Brilliant sea views. Easily accessible public transport. Friendly neighbours. My only gripe, and there is nothing that can be done about it. Is the proximity of the very busy road between the flat and the sea shore. Cagnes itself is delightful. Very French. Good restaurants, markets. New Intermarché on the corner only 100mtrs from flat. "A very basic but clean & air-conditioned apartment right in the heart of Cagnes-sur-Mer, close to shops, restaurants, and bus stations. Beautiful beachs on Cagnes-sur-Mer. Our flat was on the first floor, an elevator and parking is available. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, stove, sink, plates, and cutlery. Charming Village House In Medieval Village, Close To Beach And Nice

Part of an ancient village

"The village identity persists with a community of French and expats who are friendly and welcoming. The house is part of very old architecture with narrow streets and incredibly beautiful small spaces here and there. As other reviewers have noted, the narrow 3+ level building has a lot of stairs, and you must be able to climb what amounts to a ladder to get to a low ceilinged loft sleeping area. The kitchen has a two burner stove but is adequate for cooking meals which we did extensively while we were there. I had a great time at Le Perchoir. Both the owner and the property manager were extremely helpful and the area has many options for things to do, especially, for me, the Fondacion Meight."
