"The staff we’re very friendly. We booked a Deluxe room but it felt quite basic and water from the shower went all over the bathroom. Termites were eating the beams in the ceiling and wood was falling onto the bed. When we told them at the front desk, they didn’t hesitate in rectifying the situation and changed our room. The next room was of a much better condition and this one felt deluxe. "

"The set up of the facility is cool, the rooms are detached bungalows with an outdoor kitchenette. The grounds are beautiful. The 2 pools are very small. The staff was nice, but did not speak any English, just Spanish (FYI). We did not eat at the restaurant, instead choosing to go to Puerto Viejo, just because we liked the town.
