The downside of this stay is the entire area it is in is very dirty The upside is that if you want a view of the Pyramids right from the rooftop lounge that you have to see to believe - this hotel has it (attached pictures are shot from this hotel rooftop) I have never experienced better service in my life - and I travel quite a bit...the owner is obsessed with making sure you are taken care of. Again - the area is not for everyone - you need to be adventurous to stay in this area - and although dirty and packed with people who want to try to sell you stuff - we did find it to be safe

Staff made this stay very nice and pleasant and enjoyable. Not the best of hotels I’ve stayed in and some lights not working, loose electrical fitting and sockets with missing parts. If I had stayed with family then definitely would have complained but the roof terrance view was amazing.

Location is good. just 5 mins walking distance from the entrance of the Giza pyramids. Very dirty neighbourhood. It feels unsafe, but its not. Lots of beggars on the street. Intimidating people chasing you to sell you something. I would have prefer staying at a better hotel far away from the neighbourhood and paying uber to come to the pyramids. DON'T ASK TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES ALL WHITE CLOTHES CAME PINK/RED. My wife was very upset and no refund. Breakfast so, so (it's free but nothing special)

The first room I was in had a very dirty batheroom. there was a spider in the room. after telling this to the reception, they upgraded my room but the new room had a broken shower door which was scary to shower because the glass could fall any time and break. the staff were nice in accomodating my requests. however, the property needs serious renovation.

Best place to stay in Giza
If you are going to stay at the giza area this is the best place to stay. We stay at their new place called "House of life" the place is great , brand new , when you open the lobby door is like you are in other place. The room was great , the personnel very helpful and friendly. The owner Muhamed is a very nice person, treat us like family . The place at 4 minutes walk from the pyramids entrance. The breakfast was great ( full breakfast not continental) the view from the roof top is amazing. We didn't have to pay for the sound and light show because you can see it from the roof top area. Der Blick vom Hotel auf die Pyramiden ist atemberaubend. Leider war das Hotel nicht ganz vorne, so dass man keinen Blick auf die Sphinx hatte. Das Hotel selber ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings hatten wir dort einen super Aufenthalt. Personal war überragend. Dachterrasse mit Pool und Whirlpool ist schon was besonderes. Essen war sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel beim nächsten Besuch wahrscheinlich wieder buchen.

We made a reservation for this hotel because it was written in the description that there was a pool available. When we arrived at the hotel we searched for the pool and found out that there was no pool. This was really disappointing.

Минусы: 1) Отель было очень сложно найти. 2) Наше бронирование с видом на пирамиды не было зарегистрировано в данном отеле. Нам предложили проживание в другом отеле (без балкона и вида на пирамиды). После 20 минутного ожидания нам предложили студию с балконом и видом на пирамиды уже в этом отеле. На этом минусы закончились. В целом очень понравились приветливые и не навязчивые владельцы отеля и их многочисленные друзья. Планируем ещё раз у них остановиться. Дали очень много полезных рекомендаций, предложили очень серьёзные скидки, почти все сувениры закупили там и не прогадали (цены в самом Каире были выше, а такого разнообразия в Александрии было не найти). Очень понравился крупный магазин с парфюмерными маслами и русскоговорящим продавцом Али. Рядом с этим магазином в ресторанчике очень вкусно готовят шашлык, рекомендую ) Отель расположен в паре минут ходьбы до входа к пирамидам. Вход платный, всё, что далее к самим пирамидам - платное и крайне навязчиво платное. Студия чистая, просторная, кондиционер, большой балкон, мини-кухня, стиральная машинка, утюг, удобная современная ванная комната. Расположена в многоквартирном доме, вход по общей лестнице, ниже расположен фитнесс-клуб и банк (весьма удобно). Хозяин так же угощал на ресепшен в другом отеле кофе, чаем, кальяном. Там же была удобная смотровая площадка на пирамиды, где мы провели чудесные несколько часов вечером. Помог с трансфером.
