The room was noisy with a lot of banging in the hall. The check-in was good with no wait. We arrived early and they were kind enough to allow us to check-in early, as long as we promised to complete an online review. We agreed, since we usually complete reviews anyway. After getting to the room there was a fire alarm that sounded. As we were preparing to leave the room, the alarm went off. We called the front desk, but nobody answered. After several attempts to call the front, we gave up and hoped everything was fine. The alarm sounded again, about 5 minutes later. We also heard that the alarm was sounding in other buildings, like they were doing a test throughout the building. We had lunch at the Italian restaurant in the hotel and found it disappointing (separate review for that). When I came back to the room from the restaurant to get something, the cleaning person was in the hall and asked me how the room was. I said it was clean and said thank you. She then asked me to do a review. I responded that I would later since I had somebody waiting for me at the restaurant and was just getting my sunglasses. She asked me to open the review and took my phone from my hands. She gave full stars all the way down and wrote my room number in the view before submitting it and take a photo of my phone with hers. I took my phone back, got the sunglasses, and deleted the review. There is too much pressure for getting reviews.
