This property exceeded my expectations. The hotel was just great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop was incredible and having the Grand Egyptian Museum right in front to walking distance was just super convenient. You must visit the museum is amazing. I recommend this hotel if you come to Giza.

The staff there treated me like family, the meals were fantastic, and I got my request for a room with a view. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be back. Really the only thing we didn't like was the restaurant nit haveing alcohol. All they need is some Egyptian wine and beer.The staff went out of there way to get wine for us though. If you are just there to visit the pyramids and the Egyptian musiums, this place is perfect. We would say again if in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Clean, spacious and the staff is so friendly and helpful!! Akemi restaurant has excellent food and service. Hany, the manager, was so nice. You can’t go wrong staying here.

rooms are clean, staff is very nice and very helpful. the street in front of hotel is under construction and taxi/Uber have a hard time finding the place. it's close to the new museum and the Pyramids. view on the roof top restaurant is amazing

Worst experience ever. First of, we couldn’t get a ride from another hotel to their hotel. Only from airport. So I had to Uber to Airport. Next, check in is at 2pm but room was not ready until 4pm. Room looks good I’ll give them that. But shower as no pressure at all, and the drain seems clogged. So water spread everywhere in the bathroom. Then on one day electricity cut off around 6am and never came back up until noon-ish. No noise isolation. Feels like the windows are open. I do not recommend this hotel. And I will never come back

Mr Sammi, Mohd Saleh, Shami, Khalid, Ali and the full team at this hotel is super amazing!! Great hotel, restaurant and staff that take care of you. Great view of the pyramids from the rooftop. Restaurant has great food options and drinks. Everyone is welcoming and so gracious. Elevators work well. Very happy with this stay. Will be back. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is really excellent It’s new just opened from about a month and everything is perfect , starting from the staff and how professional they are , to the view of the grand Egyptian museum with the great Giza pyramids is really unique and breathtaking, the food there is too good and with a huge variety Totally recommend this hotel
