They went above and beyond to help us get oriented to the area and to coordinate transportation. The services offered by the spa were wonderful. "Breakfast was very nice - lots of tasty options, the beach was right out the front door and lots of restaurants to choose from. The ocean view from our large windows and walk out balcony was wonderful. The high winds on the first night made a constant whistling sound through the balcony door and the hotel employee offered to tape the door shut. "We had to change our flight and would arrive a day later than planned. We attempted to reach out the hotel to coordinate but got no answer. When we finally arrived, no one was there and we were informed through Expedia that the hotel considered us late and cancelled our reservation. So we were stuck out in the cold at night without a place to stay. The day we were leaving Puerto Madryn, the hotel finally messaged us the check in information. Never been so disrespected as a PAYING customer....

"We got the balcony that we asked for. It was pretty hot, so didn’t get to use it as much as I would’ve liked. An umbrella or shade on the balcony would’ve been great. The rooms with a balcony were smaller. The bathroom just had the small sink, so nowhere to put toiletries. The window had a blackout screen. Nice, but, some sheer curtains would’ve been nice in addition to the blackout screen. You asked my opinion :) The location was great. Staff was very accommodating. "

"Hotel is nice from outside and at the lobby On a dusty road with sea view but far from city restaurant It has very limited food options inside that must be booked because they have not a real kitchen Rooms are old fashioned. Our room air conditioning did not work properly and they offered an extra fan, rather than proposing to change the room in an empty hotel. Forget SPA… Not worthy even far the price, ci suffering also prices in Puerto Madryn They forgot to charge two coffees at breakfast...
