"We come for a long weekend once a year--we've never come in mid winter before--That will be our next trip. Early fall was beautiful--we sat out on the deck one night quite late--trying to figure out constellations, the Milky Way?, and planes so high up I thought they were satellites. We love cooking so we always plan elaborate menus, the kitchen is excellently equipped. "

"We had a terrific family weekend. The cabin is lovely with a great yard. The dogs really enjoyed running from one fenced in area to another across the porch. Other houses are far enough away that the yard feels very private."

"It was fantastic for our large family group of 13. We never felt crowed or pinched for space or for things to do from the hot tub to the fire pit, games and crystal bed glass fireplace. While the property was totally functional, it could use some maintenance attention. I rated a 4 on location only because we found ourselves more drawn to the Ellijay area for activities. The pet friendly feature was a huge factor in the selection. We would definitely revisit the cabin and great views. "

"The pictures of this place doesn’t do it justice. Don’t get me wrong, they are perfect pictures, but once you get there you’ll be blown away by the layout and beauty of this place. Right on the river with easy access to the water. My son and I were dropped off at east park with our kayaks and only took us an hour and a half to get to our house. Everything you would ever need for cooking, beds and pillows sooo cozy, and so close to town of Ellijay in case you forgot something. I can’t wait to...
