But the first two nights had to stay in a ground floor apartment -- those do not have private terraces and have bars on the windows which is unpleasant. "We had a great time at the beach club resort. The reception was so kind, helpful and were able to provide assistance. Especially because our luggage was delayed, they helped with communication to the airport. "Diamond resorts are instantly recognisable as having great self catering facilities, a home from home. Sunset View is no different and so the facilities are great and kept in great order. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had, and had at a different former Diamond resort has to do with the “Club Members”. Club Members pay a fee for points to secure a certain number of weeks holidays and so feel “entitled” to certain/specific accommodation in the complex. Twice we were...
