"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night."

"This resort was amazing and high class. It does have an older crowd for the most part or at least the time that we went was end of September. We had the breakfast/dinner buffet included in our room, although we did not make it for breakfast. The dinner was great! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I needed some paperwork printed off, and they did that for me immediately and helped me with find a post office. The gym is small but has an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again...

"This property is absolutely stunning from the outside, with beautiful architecture, easy ocean access and pristine landscaping. My only two complaints with this property are that the rooms, or at least the ocean view room we stayed in, is quite outdated. With such a beautiful building I would have loved to see more of that Spanish flair and design within the rooms rather than early 2000s yacht chic. My second problem with the hotel is that as a younger guest I don’t feel like you get equal...

"The lady checking in was extremely nice, there’s a hotel with the same name in front of it so it’s easily confused. There’s no one to help with bags. It’s old dated not even close to a five star. on the plus side of the views were great."
