"Lovely hotel- good service, complimentary hot cider and warm donuts in the lobby. I was supposed to be offered VIP access but was not. Would have been nice to have this benefit offered- it likely would have resulted in me not paying a nightly pet fee or having to pay for breakfast. Too bad."

"Liked that was within easy walking distance of MIT, which a family member was attending. Quiet, great view. Breakfast service was below par, especially for this class of hotel. First day the oatmeal was almost cold; second day it was marginally better, but waiter failed to bring the tea I requested."

"The only thing I didn't like is that they wouldn't store my 1 bag for a few hours after checkout since my plane didn't leave until 6pm. That was inconvenient. I would've stayed somewhere else just to gain that time back."
