Staff were very friendly and polite. Hotel was clean, the rooms could use some dusting and upgrade, but very comfortable. The walls are thin. Another family with children kept us up late and woke us up early despite hotel's noise policy.

The hotel was really nice. The pool was good and the front desk was super helpful. When we lost a bunch of our things they found them in the lost and found was very professional… They had a nice hot chocolate stand that the kids loved.

Design and art were excellent, check in was easy and pleasant, dining in both the art bar and the dining room were excellent, view from the room was wonderful. Mattresses were lumpy and young people made a lot of noise in the corridor until about 11 pm
