"Very smooth process for entry and departure. Everything was great quality, including the cookware! Hard to find pots and pans that are great to use in a rental. The screened in porch was used more than anything I think. Ample beach chairs, a wagon, and two Shibumi shades for the beach!! Will definitely stay here again. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean which is a big one for us. The cottage was very well equipped with extras if you forgot. There were a few very minor things that I did let Andrew know about but this did not affect our stay. Andrew is a great host & super easy to communicate with. "Wonderful quiet area and beautiful scenery. Great view of the ocean plus a really short walk to the beach. Cute beach cottage. My son and his family stayed as we overflowed this year. Kellie was very accommodating and allows dogs which is great! She gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. It was a really great location and stay. Had just the right amount of room for my son and his family . Thx Kellie for being a great host! Back in Minnesota now oddly warm but no ocean. "

"The house was splendid for our family. We had five adults, a 12 year old, and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room, the mutual space was great. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfy living room. I would have liked more towels, toilet paper, etc. We only got one towel per person, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay it would have been helpful to have more. Lovely area, close walk to the beach access. Had an issue with our sink not draining, the property manager was on top...
