Welcome to our Villa!~

Enjoy our open, modern living space with high end commercial style appliances and west coast furnishings. Brand new in 2016, this suite is sure to impress with everything you need for a relaxing island beach or ski vacation.

- Our main home and Villa are on the property. Sandy Beach access is just down the Pathway. (About a 1 minute walk from Villa)

Our guest's have access to a private sandy beach, fire-pit, Hot Tub, grassy backyard area for lawn games and use of kayaks (2).

World Renown resorts walking distance away for meals/nightlife.

Please also note:
Our main home is also located on the property. It is separate from you and does not impact your complete privacy. To access the beach, you come out of the villa, come down the driveway past our main home, follow the hedges until you reach the stairway. Approx. a 1 minute walk from your front door.

The advertisement is kind of misleading. Said private beach and yard area but it's shared. The yard is the main homes yard and didn't access the beach because it's a long set of stairs going down with no railings.

Wonderful spot in Campbell River
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this VRBO. The kitchen amenities were so fully inclusive that we usually ate supper meals here rather than dine out. The hot tub was a nightly must and driving either into town or out to hiking locations was super easy. This is a great destination spot for people, like us, wanting to get to know the Campbell River area.

The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.

During our 5 days winter stay, we really enjoyed this beautiful modern Villa with ocean views, with day trips up to the ski hill and great hikes to the many stunning Strathcona park waterfalls. We will definitely come back.

Ideal for a couple
Fabulous place for a couple on a romantic getaway. We were four people and found it a bit small for us, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location close to town, nearby trails and attractions although you really only need the private beach on property. You could spend all your time there! Hosts are super attentive and responsive, unit is very clean and very well stocked.

The villa was perfect. Plenty of space and well designed, built by Tony which was even more awesome! Great area, saw seals and bald eagles at the beach. Went only many awesome hikes as well. Home is just as described and pictured, easy check in/out and great communication. Would stay here again.

Awesome apartment and hot tub!
We stayed for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and hot tub. We were able to enjoy the sun and the view from the patio every day of our stay as the weather was gorgeous. We made short day trips to different trails, sights and waterfalls in the area. It was comforting to return to the apartment each day, enjoy the sun, either on the patio or in the living room which had large windows for good view as well. Beautiful beach weekend
Spacious living area and kitchen. Absolutely stunning scenery at the beach and always something to watch for with the sea planes and tugboats passing by. A very relaxing weekend spent here. The weather was absolutely perfect for us to enjoy the beach and in the afternoon it even had a shaded area which was great.

Amazing property, will happily stay again next summer!!! My only suggestion is that the stairs to the beach are remedied as they were uneasy to use especially for the kids. Your beach however was by far the best part of our stay and the air conditioning was a fabulous welcome!!!

Beautiful Cozy Place
My husband and I had such a great time. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed and the bathroom was beautiful with so many towels and everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome and super relaxing. Bed is incredibly comfortable too, we had a very good rest. So convenient to have laundry right there for after the hot tub. The views were great and the wine bottle provided was very appreciated. Thanks so much for a relaxing getaway!

A Quiet Getaway
Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Spotlessly clean, nice and new, comfortable couches, great deck and bbq and kitchen appliances. Bed is comfy with high end bedding. Love the view (although you have to be taller to see out the high window) and we enjoyed the private beach, although the sunshine window is limited at this time of year. The hot tub is a great bonus - used it lots! Best of all, the villa was probably the quietest place we've ever stayed at! No traffic, people, or animal noises whatsoever. Thanks for a great stay!

Exceptional Stay
We loved everything about our stay in this modern, spacious, quality home with its beautiful high ceilings, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, sunny deck, and private beach. Full privacy from the owner's property and great design with the high placement of the windows in the living room allowing you to view the ocean without seeing the house below. Having access to a private beach was a special bonus. I have some mobility issues and there were a couple of spots where it was a bit challenging (but doable). I think the owners must have spotted me using an umbrella as a makeshift walking stick. The next morning a piece of driftwood that made a perfect walking stick was placed by the door. Very thoughtful, thank you so much. If looking for an authentic old-school retro diner experience for breakfast we highly recommend the Ideal Cafe. Don't judge by the look of the outside, it's a gem.
