"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "

"Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience."

"A Fascinating and perhaps haunted hotel off the beaten track. You will drive through the beautiful mountains to get there and it’s located in the shadow of an ancient Abby. The staff is lovely, the food at the in-house restaurant is great. And definitely get a bottle of the house red (it’s amazing). You will not be sorry you made this journey. "

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"It is an extraordinary place, an old building in the old city of Popi with wonderful views of the valley next to the Popi castle with private parking next door. However, it has many details that could improve the room, which is quite poorly decorated, with bathroom accessories of very poor quality, the mattress is old and soft. Our only criticism is that we we’re originally told the restaurant would be open the first night we were there and it wasn’t. "We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...

"I really enjoyed my trip. Easy to find, in the middle of the city, no problem with nearby parking space (free) the hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean, spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed, super strong a/c which is really important in the warm summer months. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a really nice restaurant 3 minutes walk from the hotel. In the morning, before my day trip I used the spa at their sister hotel (hotel Via Roma 33) just down the road...
