"It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. Negative points: The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there .
