"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"This is a wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was immaculate and spacious, worth every penny, though there were quite a few of those pennies! The breakfast is incredible as were the attendants. The location is great, a little quieter and away from the center, but close enough to walk everywhere. Easy access to the train. "This property is beautiful. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The gardens are full of serenity. The only thing we did not like is the bed. It was uncomfortable and gave me a backache. Loved the restaurant and the food provided. Dinner was outstanding and well worth the price. I would recommend renting a car as getting taxi to get there was really hard even with rideshare apps. We appreciated the shuttle service to explore Florence. "
