Muito boa. O atendimento é excepcional. Pessoal muito educado e prestativo. Boas acomodações e facilidades. Café maravilhoso! Boa qualidade de materiais no geral. Alguns aspectos considero que poderiam melhorar. Um deles é o lixo do banheiro, muito simples para o nível do quarto como um todo. A tampa da privada também. Num lugar frio como Campos do Jordão é interessante que possa se considerar até modelos que aquecem. Alguns aspectos consideramos falhos, dentre eles observamos sujeira acumulada na pia do banheiro ao redor do ralo. Falamos com a equipe e foi corrigido no mesmo dia. No primeiro dia também as toalhas que estavam no banheiro eram bastante surradas. Nem chegamos a reclamar e quando foram resolver o problema da pia já fizeram a troca para outras muito melhores. Outra falha foi o colchão, apesar de confortável ele parecia ser antigo e estava com alguns pontos mais elevados (beiradas) e outros mais afundados. Minha esposa estranhou no começo e resolvemos no dia seguinte trocando de lado.

Pousada simples, porém maravilhosa
Apesar de simples e não muito grande, a pousada é bastante aconchegante, acomodações muito limpas e o chuveiro é bem quente e agradável. O café da manhã possui pouca variedade, mas tudo preparado com muito cuidado e carinho, todos os itens deliciosos. O ponto alto é o atendimento. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Foi uma excelente experiência

Experiência com a pousada Marco Polo
A pousada no que diz respeito a parte externa é maravilhosa, o problema é o quarto, acho que nos colocaram no pior quarto da pousada, a fechadura da porta é antiga, a chave é aquelas de encaixe bem pré histórica, se você não achar o ponto de encaixe você não abre e fecha a porta, a cama era pequena com um colchão que parece que uma pessoa de 300kg tinha acabado de usar, o chuveiro não tinha regulagem de temperatura, só tinha a temperatura estupidamente quente, dentro do box não tinha saboneteira ou onde colocar o shampoo, sabonete e shampoo ficavam no chão, no vaso sanitário os resíduos desciam com dificuldade, sempre tínhamos que dar descarga várias vezes. Mais saindo do quarto a pousada é linda, o café da manhã é ótimo, os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. Porém nossa experiência com o quarto foi medonha.
