"We were treated very well during our stay, and when we requested an upgrade to a suite so my sister and I could be closer together and our kids could spend more quality time with each other, the front desk staff went above and beyond to arrange this for us. We are truly grateful for their accommodation and making this trip that more specail."

"The beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast buffet was epic, so much delicious food. The pool area was a total vibe, perfect for chilling. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always smiling. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend! "

"Highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Banff. It's along the main road and it's very close to the town center. Underground parking is convenient as long as it's not peak season as it is first come, first served. Hotel staff are very helpful. Checking in and out process is very fast as well. "

"Loved staying at Canoe. Resort is so nice. Thought it would be far from downtown, but it was a very short walk I did several times, and also included a bus pass if you prefer to ride to dinner. Hot tub pools were amazing at night after skiing. "

"The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. When connecting to the internet, I was asked to provide a review. I provided feedback that I could hear the neighbours because there was an adjoining door between the rooms, and although I wasn't bothered by it, I mentioned that it would be good if the listings showed that some rooms had this adjoining door set up. Within minutes of submitting the feedback, reception called my room and offered to move me to another room. They were so lovely and went...

"Room was two queen beds. Seemed small so assumed they were hotel queens. Room is small and not much room for luggage and other items. Bathrooms have barn style doors and these are not ideal for bathrooms in my opinion. "
