The property was ideal for a short stay. The breakfast included was great with a variety of typical Mexican dishes. We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and was nice to have plenty of room for everyone, we also added a pull-up sofa bed for a total of 5 adults comfortable sleeping. The gym and pool areas are well sized with snacks and drink service. There's a self-service laundry room that can became handy for some. Only comment is that the floor we stayed was over perfumated and cause some discomfort, but other than that the place was great.

Excellent extended stay property. Marriott being reliable brand. Con: - No restaurant. Only snack bar to purchase snacks. - No transport support to or from airport by hotel (not even paid). - Front desk was rude and not helping. - I booked via Expedia and that was the reason I believe. - I paid extra for ocean view king bed apt and on check-in they said they dont have it available and lied about giving me an upgrade to 2 queen bed apt, which actually cost low. On confrontation, agreed and said no ocean view apt is there so only 1 apt on 1st level was available. No refund or compensation as I booked via Expedia. Finally after argument, suddenly they found 1 apt available and assigned me that. After entering I found its not ocean view but the parking view. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The price diff was $6 per night so left argument and continued to enjoy my vacation. Lesson learnt: if Marriott, book via its own app or site else they will not entertain you. - Giving 5 star still for the property and cleaning and other staff. Pros: - excellent property in budget. - best for family, especially with kids as each room is a studio with fully equipped kitchen. - all rooms have smart tv with internet for youtube. - highly recommended. Tips - use Uber, didi or InDrive apps for taxi. Cheap and easy means of transportation from hotel. - pre book Uber for airport transfer for peace of mind.

It's a 10 for the price (less than 200 cad). I ended up here for a night as my flight was rescheduled and my resort was already sold out. My room was a studio with a kitchenette and ocean views. Loved the view from the bed. It was a very comfortable stay. They had daily shuttles to 2 malls and 2 beaches (one way) which i didn't get to use but encouraged me to come back next time I'm in cancun and dont want to stay in all inclusive resorts my entire stay or want to work remotely. Rooftop has panaromic views of forests and ocean and a great place to chill or work remotely. Food at rooftop was delicious and priced very reasonablly. The included breakfast was average but variety was good enough.

Good hotel for connecting flights but not good for longer stays. Very limited dining and food options l, no food after 9.30pm; no breakfast before 7am. All tours start at 6am so you need to buy food elsewhere. Hotel manager should change to earlier breakfast times and later dining times with more options. Hotel facilities are in good condition
