We recently stayed at your property and noticed that the housekeeping standards have room for improvement. Upon check-in, there were issues with the cleanliness of the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room itself could benefit from better maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience.
On a positive note, I want to commend Myra, Sandeep, Ankita, Debrata, and the head chef for their exceptional hospitality. Their efforts made the stay more pleasant, and their professionalism stood out.
However, I encountered a concerning issue with the pool attendant/cleaner. I found his behavior towards children to be rude, particularly assuming that all children spoke Hindi. While children do tend to splash a little, his reactions seemed unnecessarily harsh. Furthermore, I overheard him gossiping with other guests in a manner that came across as demeaning towards those using the pool. This is not reflective of the welcoming and professional hospitality standards I expect.
I strongly suggest that the pool staff, particularly this individual, receive mentoring and training on hospitality and guest interaction. A more understanding and respectful approach would greatly enhance the experience for families and children.
