"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"After a long drive from the UK meeting a host as friendly and helpful as Sylvie made us feel so welcome. The apartment is typical for this area in that its not too huge but has everything you could need, a real homely feeling.The apartment has glass enclosed balcony, that can be opened or enclosed. "First impressions were very good, with adequate cooking, reception and dining areas. Bedrooms varied as to size with some of them compact. Hanging areas for clothing and lack of hangers in some rooms. The pool was good but needed attention to cleanliness possibly due to our numbers. "This was a great hotel, it had great service and the breakfast was delicious. We only stayed for a night but it was just what we needed. My one complaint actually has nothing to do with the hotel but one of the amenities. This was the one stay where I needed to do laundry. There are only 2 washers and 2 driers, I have had shared laundry before so it is instilled in me to use a timer to check on my laundry. When we first arrived and check to see if the machines were free they were not. It took 4 hours for the washers to free up, this is ridiculous to me, you don’t need anything more than the 30 minute express wash and 40 minute dry yet it took 4+ hours to get one load of laundry done. I know this is not the hotels fault but I do think they should advise customers and have signs stating to set timers to get laundry in and out in reasonable time. "
