"The hotel was clean the food was good. Everyone was great. My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam."

"Overall a great property and excellent service. Rooms are very modern and well maintained clean comfortable and quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful. The included breakfast buffet is quite nice. There’s a charge for hot items but there’s so much available there was no need to get anti my in the menu. Prosecco included for the free buffet. It's little bit of a walk to the downtown area but they do provide a golf cart shuttle in the evening. They have off site parking and will valet it for you. Nice beach access and their umbrella tables have a lockbox you can use with a RFID bracelet from the front desk. Great to keep your phone and water safe while you’re in the water. Nice pool sky bar pool on the 6th floor roof. Only complaint is we had guests over. buying drinks chilling in the pool but after a while the bar manager said our guests could continue to drink there but couldn’t be in the pool. While the pool isn’t very big was a little silly that you would let people drink at the bar but not use the pool. "

"This hotel definitely deserves more than 3 stars! The owner was extremely friendly, polite and professional and made sure we have everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Our check in was within minutes, which was very much appreciated after our long trip from the United States. Rooms are very clean and updated. Excellent breakfast included in the stay, great variety. Our room had a partial sea view with specious balcony. House keeping does great job cleaning the rooms every day. Staff is friendly and polite, especially staff working at the little bar/ shop. Only steps from the beach, our kids loved the pool! Our stay was delightful and would gladly be back! "

"Nice and pleasant personnel but some of them need to learn a few basic English words associated with the hotel industry. They wanted to charge something that they shouldn't, but the manager apologized and put things right (for a difference from Expedia). But for that, I had to write to Lecci in Italian. Communication is the weakest point. "
