Renovations include new bathrooms, kitchen, and all new flooring and furnishings! The house has a fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living area, and TVs in every bedroom!

Only a 1-2 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, the house provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of4 queen size beds, this property sleeps 8 comfortably. Here is what the house includes:

Great little spot minutes from the beach and short distance from dog park. Quiet area and kids don’t have to cross busy street to get to beach. Owner is super responsive and our dog appreciated the small yard.

Great location, very short walk to the beach
We stayed in this condo as part of a beach/Daytona 500 vacation. The location is great, almost every store or restaurant you need is within a 5 minute drive, and some restaurants are in .25 mile walking distance. The beach is literally a one minute walk. The kitchen and lower level bathroom appear to be new renovations and the condo includes hi-speed internet and laundry facilities.

Well appointed and plenty of room for myself, 3 sons and two dogs! Quaint fenced in yard with table shaded, hammock and seating area with grill. Very short 1/2 block walk to beautiful beach. Lots of beach equipment stored in the garage that we made good use of! Stacked washer/dryer in garage. Thank you! Also an easy drive to universal (several tolls).

Christmas Stay
The property is an older townhouse that has been remodeled very close to a lovely beach access. The condo is well appointed with everything you need including beach towels. The downstairs bathroom has a nice big walkin shower and overall the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaints were that the bed in the master bedroom had dirt/particles all over it probably due to work that had been done on the roof prior to arrival, the door from condo to garage is damaged/needs replaced, and for a light sleeper the second floor flooring is very squeaky/loud if anyone walks or gets up in the night. Overall a nice place for a beach vacation and property manager is very responsive to questions/inquiries.
