It felt very safe and the kids were able to walk around alone. The pool was clean and nice, the lake/beach was clean and well maintained. The cabin was also clean and well maintained. The staff was nice.

Overall, I had a great time staying there. The lake was nice and cleaned, the pools were clean as well. I liked how it was close to Oceans City and Atlantic City However, the cabin was a little bit outdated and not cleaned properly. There was no broom, or mops to clean the floors. I will be coming back!

It is a very pleasant place , very familiar. The lake and pool areas and many playgrounds are definitely a plus. The little shop is convenient but hours could be better earlier opening and late closing times. Overall great place to stay for a few days. Definitely get a golf car in advance if possible they rent by fast.

This was our first time coming here and we will definitely be back. I wish we had a longer stay because the weekend isn’t enough time. It’s super kid friendly and there was a lot of activities to do on the campground. We will be back next year for sure!!!!

Traveled for a long weekend with 5 adults and a 2 year old. We loved it, it is definitely trailer camping and exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing summer fun. Check in could have been smoother if instructions were clearly shared prior to arrival. Honestly the datails may be in there somewhere but not eye catching. Tip: Drive up to the gate house, tell them you want to check in. The person will tell you to drive past the pools on the left to office / general store. Desk is straight through the front door. The check in process was a bit abrupt and unwelcoming but could have been a bad day.

While there we had rain from storm Debby so We were in the unit during our stay. Bed was ok. Very tight space, 12 inches on one side and about 18 inches on other. Uncomfortable, dirty futon only place to sit and view TV. Very tight for 2 people, can’t imagine having 9 people in unit as advertised. One small closet and 6 drawers only space for clothes in cottage. Booked 2 nights, left after one night.

I enjoyed everything except for the bed and the noisy AC unit in the bedroom. The bed was extremely hard and the plastic cover made the sheets slide off every time I moved. The cover also made it warmer. I don’t think I would stay there again.

It was nice enough for the price. The cabins are very small (ours was a 9 person cabin with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed), and are on small lots of land. The campground was very crowded. The cabins did come with towels, soap, shampoo, a paper towel roll, dish soap, a sponge, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge. The air conditioners were set to very cold and the remote for them had a note that said do not touch. We had to hunt down the full size sheet because the twin sheet was on the full bed (they provide sheets and blankets but you make the bed yourself.) The outlet in the kitchen area did not work. The separate buildings, while tiny , do provide more privacy than a budget hotel and it felt more family friendly. There were a lot of families, a lot of dogs, at least 3 playgrounds, a pool, a small river, and a small lake with a beach. RV campers seem to have larger lots than the cabins and RV campers have the option of having the same space year after year. You can buy internet for as short 3 days or as long as 6 months.

We only used it for one night. The cabin was clean but could have used a deep cleaning. Everything else was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. When I gave feedback on our cottage, the desk person wrote everything down and made me feel that my input was appreciated. Look forward to staying multiple nights in the future so we can take advantage of all the amenities and activities available.
