"I had stayed here last summer a couple of times and had a wonderful experience. Naturally I booked again this year when I was coming back to Cape May. There had been some sort of issue with my room but it was resolved and I had actually received an upgrade that exceeded my expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer. This is a clean family friendly hotel.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The one thing I did notice was the 2nd bathroom did have some sort of water damage that could have been repaired a little better.That is the only negative thing but at least whatever the issue had been it was addressed. I felt it should have been repaired so nobody would know there had been an issue. Anytime I come to Cape May I will definitely be booking here!"

"The amenities are great especially the heated pool. Cleaning crew were excellent and texted for our needs. Beach access and amenities are excellent. The staff at the desk need a little bit more personality in welcoming. They checked us in without telling us that the room was not ready and never texted that it was. Parking is very scarce."
