" I believe I was the only guest while I was there. Right now, Saratoga Lake is way off season. There were a few things that needed to be done. For example, there was no heat to the room. Once I let them know, there was plenty of heat. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I couldn't have asked for nicer staff. "

"We were able to have a room next to the friends we were traveling with. We like being able to park our vehicle there while we were away and catching the early morning shuttle to the airport. It is so nice to call from the airport, have them pick you up and take you to your car."

"This is a well located Hampton Inn property in Latham NY. Nice stylish room with comfy king bed, large updated bathroom with shower/tub. LG TV...staff very warm and helpful fast check in n out with free shuttle to the airport. Good hot breakfast with a waffle station and pancakes plus fresh fruit selection. Will return..thanks. A. "The room was clean and comfortable. Checking out was a breeze. Checking in the woman at the desk was a little rude and when I asked her specific questions she was very dismissive and just hurrying me along when there was no body behind me. We eventually figured out the answers to our questions on our own but it would have been an extra minute out of her day to give us better understanding and a more welcoming feeling. "
